Welcome to the applications and software utilities developed and published under rafylabs by Muhammad Rafly Mubarak ("Developer", "I", "me", or "my"), including Scripio and Planoptic.
By accessing or using these applications, bots, dashboards, or related web services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Description of Services
Scripio: A Telegram bot and web dashboard designed to assist users in extracting transaction data from receipts and recording them into the user's private Google Spreadsheet.
Planoptic: A Telegram bot utility designed to assist users in creating calendar events in their Google Calendar based on natural language text or event poster inputs.
These services are software utilities built and maintained independently by Muhammad Rafly Mubarak under rafylabs.
2. Financial and Professional Advice Disclaimer
NOT A FINANCIAL ADVISOR: Scripio is an automated data recording tool, NOT a certified financial planner, accountant, auditor, or tax consultant.
Verification Responsibility: Optical character recognition (OCR) and vision AI processing may occasionally misinterpret blurry text or ambiguous numbers. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of transaction records written to your Google Spreadsheet.
The Developer assumes no liability for discrepancies, financial calculation errors, tax filing miscalculations, or business decisions made based on data recorded through the service.
3. Acceptable Use and User Responsibilities
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account and Google credentials.
Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the services for any illegal activities, money laundering, fraud, transmission of malicious code, or automated denial-of-service attempts against the infrastructure.
Third-Party Terms: When using Google Sheets or Google Calendar integrations, you agree to comply with Google's Terms of Service and API policies.
4. "As-Is" Disclaimer of Warranties
The services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
The Developer does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or permanently available.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising out of your use of or inability to use the services.
The Developer is not responsible for outages or failures of upstream platforms (Telegram, Google Cloud, Cloudflare).
6. Modifications and Termination
Modifications: The Developer reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the services at any time, or update these Terms of Service. Notice of significant changes will be reflected in the updated date at the top of this document.
Termination by User: You may terminate your use of the service at any time by stopping application interactions and revoking Google OAuth access.
